I have my headphones next to my bed and instead of Going onto my phone to scroll I put on good music and that usually helps me get motivated enough to do my routine (skincare etc)
Today I sat and stared at the floor for an hour, went to the wetlands and took pictures of birds on my film camera, cried in the dinning hall, and took a nap all to avoid a 150-300 word post about a 40 minute history channel video
