i got some earl grey tea at sainsburys the other day thinking they were tea bags, come to open the box tonight and it was loose leaf! luckily for me, i had a lil strainer for the tea, just brewed a cup now and my my my !! the flavour is so much more DEEPER and YUMMY! turns out the quality of the leaf is better plus the tea isn't broken up like you'd find in a tea bag, hence the huge ass difference in flavour !
it's cheaper and more delicious. if your concern is convenience there are brewing methods that dont really add extra work (e.g. porcelain strainer, cold brew, grandpa style)
