Look into alternative licensure first if you want to do K-12. I graduated with a BA in studio art and I’m in a state where I can do an online masters + licensure program! no student teaching required. I’m getting paid and working towards my pension!
I’m a recent college graduate and I’m already missing the ceramics studio. I feel so lucky that I had access to all of the materials and machines i needed.
If you are in school right now take a pottery class!! I wish I had taken one sooner who knows I may have majored in ceramics
