culver’s is so special. i had a transcendent strawberry shake and burger there yesterday. $4.99 for a burger! unheard of! its the only food service place my brother worked at where he would still eat. affordable, good quality, and i love that its still a hospitable place to sit and eat. midwest perfection
Holy shit it’s one of the few big places I somehow didn’t go when I lived here for years, but I’m here now and it fully warrants the hype. Meat so tasty it doesn’t need ketchup and I can’t remember whether I’ve ever experienced that before.
flew home for a quick trip and had the privilege of slurping this goodness. i cannot express my love enough for this shake. she gets me right every time.
rarely get the burgers actually, it’s the patty melt what does it for me 🤤 their shakes are insane, the banana pudding and dr pepper flavors especially also gotta love their retro design, that orange really pops out when you see their signs on the highway
