can i crochet? somewhat. my capabilities do not extend past making scarfs. do i still find it fun and soothing? yes! don’t measure yourself against other people’s capabilities, you can still enjoy something even when you’re not an expert in the field! it’s an outlet after a long day at work, and im happy with my singular talent. just don’t ask me to make you a teddy or a blanket or an item of clothing. but if you want a scarf, i’m your girl!

Yes! I’ll take that scarf/ beanie/ blanket/ sweater/ weird stuffed animal. You make that slut top! Don’t pay urban outfitters or whatever 80 dollars! Spend a similar amount in supplies and time and do it yourself! I dont do it, but I admire the person in my life that does. Granny squares rock

I find it easier than knitting for some reason, but if knitting is your bag, then go with that. I just love turning my brain off and crocheting while I watch tv or listen to a podcast!!!! If you have the problem that I do where you need to have something to do w your hands while you sit still (lol) (needing to be productive while relaxing) (aka ADHD) this is great. And bonus you get a new sweater or hat or blanket when you’re done!
