Neil Young‘s discography scares me bc its so big and everything is so critically acclaimed i dont know where to start… do u recommend me to start with this live album or do u have another recommendation for where to start??

unfortunately he lost his fight against joe rogan but that does mean that it’s much easier for me to listen to him!! not this record, but harvest moon is one of my favorite songs of all time go listen to that 2!!!

Neil young's "Living with war" is so deeply underrated.

When this album came out, it got ravaged for being too "on-the-nose" but I feel it still holds up, both in terms of songwriting and production, as one of Neil's most interesting—and perhaps even more relevant now... Neil's voice isn't all that it was, but he's got company. Crunchy guitars, horn section and a beautiful choir in every single song. Catchy hooks and an openly anti-war theme. I really don't understand how anyone who likes Neil Young could not love this album!
