i recently went on a trip to PA with some family and we visited the Pepperidge Farm Company Store! my cousin and i collapsed when we saw these Montauk cookies because we just rewatched the movie together
didn't realize how many kinds of cookies Pepperidge Farm is responsible for until i got there.
only familiar with their Milano cookies, i was ecstatic to see that they have different cookies under the names of different cities (i.e. Tahoe, Nantucket, Brussels, Verona)!! i'm guessingg each cookie matches the vibe of each city. soo if anyone from Montauk could let me know if their city is truly like a soft-baked milk chocolate cookie, that would be cool!
i don't remember the last time i browsed the cookie aisle in my local market but i swear i have never seen this array of Pepperidge Farm city cookies... i guess it is my next mission to go and check

A friend and I got two chocolate chip cookies from different places in Brooklyn Heights yesterday (that tiktok croissant place and Ella Crown). It was cool to go bite for bite and seriously evaluate what I like in a cookie. Also very interesting to realize that my front runner at the beginning (the large boi) was not my top choice for the last bite. Interested to do this with other food types going forward!

An affordable indulgence… some say the place has gone down hill, but these cookies keep me coming back.
