i love all pasta, but after having someone properly made tini’s mac and cheese, i saw their worth. its macaroni’s big sister; a long-ish noodle with curves and light grooves. it works well for creamy sauces and exceptional with light sauces. its fun to eat!
i also love rigatoni, gnocchi, farfalle, linguini. and ziti because my mom makes the best baked ziti
