Some entries have included: Big hugs wearing puffy coats; Getting drunker than planned with a friend because you’re having too much fun gabbing at the table so you keep drinking just to stay; Amtrak’s cancellation policy; When a fitness instructor tells me I’m strong; A dirty martini with a random ingredient; An uncomplicated bodega turkey sandwich; the parkour scene in Casino Royale; gossip about a place you used to work; crowded movie theater laughter

There's this one note on the app I fill with entries like a list– from the most joy-inducing feeling to the shortest happening– in a few words, anything that once mattered to me.
Key word is sincerity. Anything that can catch you saying: "What a blessing it is to be alive!". It's thoroughgoing work but once you commit it's a very rewarding outcome. Your very own reflection in this world through what you notice. The sense that you're surrounded by proof of love, knowing that you belong in that space.
I go over it again and again perfecting it, I try to stay true and aware. My friends began theirs at my incentive, we share our findings together and it mutually gives us inspiration. I wish everyone made a list of what they love. I'm kickstarting the project.

not just to do’s, but those too! i keep running lists of things. Like, “things my bestie somehow doesn’t know about“ and “things i like about my partner“ and “this would make a good gift“
i always come back to my lists, and i am always delighted by what i find

WHY did we stop playing Wii Sports???? Why did technology continue to evolve after the perfect tech was created?? Its as fun (if not more fun) than you remember. It's so SIMPLE yet intuitive and allows you to actually feel present. To play a game without hyperrealistic graphics and unnecessary social aspects is BLISS. Wii Tennis the best thing in the world. I hope they bring it back for sale without modernizing one single thing.
