most goated $10 i’ve ever spent. i spent a while looking for a cheap digital camera that would take photos like the ones from my childhood. this one does that AND adds pooh bear and power rangers to my pics
A great digital camera from the turn of the century. I love shooting film but it's so expensive, so I bought a Powershot for like $100 on eBay. You might have one in your childhood bedroom or your parent's computer desk.
I’ve had the best luck with a couple different models of the canon powershot digital cameras! I think they’re great quality and they give that nostalgic look to photos that remind me of when I was a kid. Some have rechargeable batteries and some take double a batteries, you can definitely find one on eBay, depending on the model it might be more expensive than others. I bought myself an sd card reader that I can plug into my phone whenever I do want to upload my photos for printing or posting.
video game magazine ads (and marketing in general) from the 2000s are a super specific love of mine. each one felt dynamic and unique, but also distinct to the time period. the sonic adventure 2 campaign has some of my favorites. as a kid, you felt cool just looking at these! in a time where companies were trying to cater to skate/punk culture, artists were able to experiment and create pieces that were radical and extreme. i really hope we get over this whole minimalist thing that started in the late 2010s. we need to get back to making stuff exciting again!
first time playing through this series and i’m so obsessed with it. it’s been fun playing a kingdom hearts game on my DS but the story is so extremely emotional that i usually wait to play it at home in case i start crying. kind of defeats the purpose of a portable game system?
