montreal just had the snow storm of a decade and in a way it's kind of exciting, despite being a massive inconvenience. seeing everyone out shovelling, pushing cars out of snow banks, trekking through the unplowed sidewalks, posting pics of their snowed-in balconies... it really reinforces the feeling of community. like we really are all in this together
just had a huge snowstorm in minnesota. there’s such an unparalleled sense of camaraderie, pushing each other’s cars out of the snow, shoveling for each other.
feels nice to actually have snow and remember that snow still exists and that the world is beautiful
and shovel the driveway with all your heart and feel helpful and collapse in ur room and smile thinking about how pretty it is outside and glad that the snow is still fluffy and isn't slush (yet)
