Yall! I proofed this one properly and was patient (shout out to my cousin who walked me through the whole thing this time). She's so much fluffier. I'm so excited! This sourdough thing is not for the weak though, the whole process took days.

moonbeams yippeee !! i rly wanna get into making sourdough, my grandma does it and shes a freaking pro, but she lives pretty far away and i wanna eat homemade bread more often than just the holidays

willtiism it's a lot of fun highly recommend! but also there are many breads that are much quicker and less temperamental, I kinda wish that when I had started wanting to get into bread I started with those. Yeast is just easier to store and buy and use. But of course follow your heart, all bread is good bread

This was my quarantine baby. nothing makes me feel more accomplished than cutting into a fresh loaf. even the ugly ones taste delicious. the smile on people's face when you gift them a loaf is worth all the hassle :+)

staying up late watching rom coms and delivering commentary via text
More specifically, watching your favorite rom com and then your crush's favorite rom com (is there an adult word for crush), back to back at the same time as they are watching them. But instead of the social exhaustion of video calling you just text while you watch them. Even better you guys like each other mutually, so it should be exhilerating, but they cannot and will not be with you so instead it's just a lesson in your terrible self restraint. Exhilerating anyway. Good movies, good conversation. Unbeatable.
