vibrant and macabre, this movie was refreshing and sweet. To be honest, I’m not sure I would have felt the same had the relationship been swapped which is making me feel some sorta way.
coming of age movie about grappling w ur burgeoning sexuality and your sudden onset craving for human flesh at the same time. we've all been there before this was the first movie to make me feel Seen.. like julia ducournau made it specifically for me and nobody else.. not sure what that says about me but i’ll treasure this movie forever
Cute movie that would probably send a DEI/Woke obsessed Conservative into a anaphylatic shock with a lil anal prolapse just from the synopsis. Quirked up white girl falls in love with traveling young black sailor, gets pregnant and runs away from home with her gay bestie. Reminds me of the beauty of slice of life movies. Little snippets of a random life, so sexy.
The time of year has come where I can watch a ton of movies at a theater in a 2 week period, which works great for my ADHD binge nature. Last night I caught Flow, which I absolutely loved! Such a unique experience.
Night before we watched Conclave and A Real Pain. To be honest I was not a fan of A Real Pain. This week I plan to catch Sing Sing, Anora, A Complete Unknown, Porcelain War, The Girl With The Needle, and Nickel Boys.
Animated Oscar Shorts were once again my favorite category. Very different from last year but wonderful nonetheless.
