Got furniture? Move it around! Plants? spin them! Bed? Flip it! I firmly believe that negative energy settles like dust in a room. I pushed everything in my bedroom to the opposite wall and then put it back in exactly the sane spot. Sweat a lot. Grunted some. Stubbed my toe. Felt good.
ppl who are into crystals say you gotta move them around to keep the energy from going stagnant or something like that. i feel the same way abt furniture. it just feels soooooo good to move shit around. like you just got a new room but itβs still all your stuff
I just made it impossible for me to watch TV from bed and I'm sure my new arrangement isn't the best for feng shui or what have you (bed against a window and within view of the front door, couch not against a wall, etc) but I think I'll like it better this way! I also like creating a new era of sorts in my place--two places ago I was in a smaller studio, and I can separate my time there into distinct eras based on what I was doing with my furniture and how I was trying to make that space work for me lol
The vines are consuming fire hydrants and power lines and stop signs and every gust of wind is filling the air with a delicious magnificent jasmine scent and I feel delirious and reborn and glad to be alive !!! Take a walk, take a whiff :-)
This is something that I started doing last year and they are now fundamentally important to me. A dessert walk is an after dinner stroll you take ideally during sunset. You walk to a grocery store and buy a sweet treat or piece of fruit and a fun beverage. For me usually a peach and a kombucha. You walk for a bit as the sun sets and return when your treats are consumed. A delicious end to your evening that helps you digest.
