So toasty and warm in my cocoon. The snow blocks all noise when you sleep. When you walk the sound is pure ASMR. I like it so much I shot a video about it.
1. coax cat onto lap
2. clear mind of everything but cat
3. breathe in for 2 purrs and out for 2 purrs
4. continue until cat moves this is both incredibly peaceful and helpful if your cat wants attention whenever you try to meditate
