This Peruvian album captured my heart the first time I listened and I haven’t stopped loving it since. I don’t think I’ve ever NOT listened to the whole thing. If you’re interested in Latin music at all, this is a must must. It isn’t on Spotify but you can find it on YouTube or buy the record for relatively cheap online.
Saw Valgur open up for Magdalena Bay about a month ago and haven’t stopped listening since. You can’t really go wrong with any starting point in their discography. Bola oro and Vampiro are on repeat for me lately. From Oaxaca, Mexico - their sound is so unique and really takes you on a full psyche trip.
