I had a kiwi the other day, it was all that was left in the fruit basket of the co-working space that I frequent. It was probably the first kiwi I have eaten since primary school.
It was absolutely delicious.
It also served as a gentle reminder that it is easy to fall victim to the monotony of routine. Change your habits! You WILL be rewarded!

It’s not that I “don’t like” any foods, but there were a random bunch of things my parents just never fed me growing up OR that I for some reason just didn’t reach for out of habit. Over the past 6/7 years I deliberately have purchased and tried these things and they almost always hit!!!
- artichoke hearts - black beans - maduros - salad foods (chicken salad, pasta salad, tuna salad etc.) - hearts of palm - coffee - cereal with milk (yes, for real, was not fed this growing up)
There are so many more…but I recommend you buy one new random thing on your next grocery visit!

There’s a container of pre-washed grapes in my fridge and I’ll just grab a handful every time I open the fridge
