I just found 'Album Affairs' on YT because of their Boards of Canada video. They did a really good job explaining the nostalgic love for this band from people like myself. His voice is super chill, and has a lot more videos for other musicians too!

this channel has become my fav on youtube. it's just a sweet little autistic man (he loves updating his audience about his special interest in trains) who makes long form video podcasts about obscure topics and historical events. his whole energy is very Nardwuar mixed with Mr Rogers. he's also got some great perspective and insights and a lot of his videos leave on a very thought provoking note. his channel made me really nostalgic when I first found it and I realized it's because it gives early youtube vibes. i miss when most of youtube was pure little dinky passion projects like this.

a truly amazing and underrated channel making vibey playlists (and sometimes video essays) on classic videogame music. he doesn’t just have the music, either - he typically puts the music in historical context and sometimes also has an interview with the composers.
it’s honestly so wholesome because the people who scored the childhoods of thousands of people throughout the 1990s usually had no idea that their work would have such wide impact - sometimes getting the interview call from gst is the first indication they’ve ever had that they had any impact at all. he’s so thorough and thoughtful

I found this channel years ago. I guess it's a music performance club at a prestigious Japanese research university but the material they choose to cover is very eclectic. The five most recent sets they have uploaded cover the material of: The Mars Volta, Mineral, Weezer, Emerson Lake and Palmer, & Dystopia. I watch this videos when I'm bummed out a lot, they are incredibly endearing.

Fire Emblem Echoes if you're looking into TurnBased RPGs. It's a remake of the original Fire Emblem Gaiden NES game but more modernized of course.
I'm aging myself here but personally I like it because it feels like a classic Fire Emblem game as opposed to the newer games where they go into a Persona-style route :(.
