I live in europe now and so many of my friends live back in the United States and we have an 8 hour time difference. But every sunday we all make an effor to play video games together to stay in contact. I love them all dearly and feel so greatful everytime I get to hear their voices on discord

scheduling conference calls with your friends

last night i had another amazing 5 hour phone call with my childhood friends and we laughed and cried about growing up. it feels like we're in middle school again staying up during a sleepover to talk about our crushes and then it takes a hard left turn into dissecting our familial traumas

"off" days

i went to sleep later than i knew i should. i woke up and missed PT. i spend the whole day glued to a screen (because i'm hyperfixated on a game rn lol) -- and despite it all, i decided to give myself grace. i took a shower, went on a walk, and picked my brain back up after a day of brainrot. I'm really proud of myself
