knowing how important of a composition this is now, I love the fact that I was introduced to it by Supreme’s 1995 skate video “A Love Supreme”. A beautiful NY set, gritty black and white art house skate video set to Coltrane. Tbh if I wish to listen to it today even, my preferred mode is by watching the film ❤️‍🔥 they’re both rather life changing

miles davis. kind of blue is perfect music. blue moods, sketches of spain, workin, relaxin’, ESP, and birth of the cool also all great. he didn’t miss much
john coltrane. of course a love supreme. but ballads, giant steps, africa/brass, crescent, blue trane, soul trane, and coltrane’s sound all great too

WRITING LETTERS
I recently bought some nice stationary to write letters (I already had a pen and some ink I love). I just sent out my first one and it felt really good. Something about the scratch of the pen on paper, then sending the only copy of my words to someone close to me really hits. I recommend double checking that the envelopes you buy are large enough for the stationary though…
