for years iโve brought my headphones on every walk but recently been making more of an effort to be present in the moment in general. taking a wander and being able to listen to your surroundings makes the time feel more relaxed sometimes. love my tunes though just nice to choose mindfully !!
listen, walks rock. and i donโt care if you are on your smart phone or your little walkman doing your hot girl walk. i think itโs sometimes beautiful and really relaxing to do half of my walks with no music and my phone put away. i tend to notice people more.. their weird annoying mannerisms.. i find more buildings and flowers beautiful and iโm reminded for better or worse iโm not the only one on this earth !
making a habit of over-indulging in things that are not so harmful to me. was at the pub and ate 3 oranges back to back. probably looked very strange but i got to put all the peel in a big pile and plus like endless food for 15 minutes. not even that big of a fan of oranges! but i enjoy the activity
