My biggest tip for this is to wear sweater over the shirt that will cover the waistband so only you know your shirt is untucked. That’s harder going into spring, but places like J. Crew factory often have lightweight 100% cotton sweaters on sale that work really well in an office.
Tip #2 is to try and find wider pants in a thicker fabric. It’ll give you smoother lines and be more comfy over all!!!

extendedplay I would call those culottes here in the states but I just looked it up and I think the ones in Kurosawa movies are hakama pants which are a traditional Japanese garment. Cool

BIRTHDAY BY MYSELF!!!!!

I specifically made plans this year to be alone on my actual birthday. And it’s been so nice. The best in years, no tears! I got up early to walk around a wildflower garden, tried a new coffee shop. Read a lot. Thrifted. Sushi for dinner and a peach crepe for dessert. The only thing missing was that I never went and celebrated with my favorite paintings at the museum but I’ll have a belated party with them later. Happy birthday to me.
