what a fun way to consume something!!! its like a banana but if it was green and much tinier and it had one to three tiny bits to pop out . self contained goodness, little blessings from above
easiest thing to prepare as well. boil them for a few minutes and sprinkle a little bit of flaky salt on top and ur golden.
could eat a whole bag in a sitting if i wanted to and it would only help my fibre intake. so awesome!!!
