It’s a short folk horror about witch trials in scotland. Super short, but it really makes you think about the reliability of statements made during torture…
The art style is so cool and it’s super cheap on steam!

If you’ve ever felt trapped in a small town, had to drop out and come home, or worked a shitty job while living with your parents, this game is perfect.
I’ve never seen a piece of media that better captures what it’s like to be part of a messy, goofy, queer, working class friend group.
You play a recent drop out, Mae, who wakes up at 4 pm to wander around her hometown and hang out with her friends. There’s a mystery too, but I won’t go into that here.
The design is simple and beautiful. The game pays tribute to the history of unions, mining towns, and working class folks in the rust belt. It tackles the questions of “is there a god?” and “if so, do they care?” in such complex and earnest ways.
It touches on death, mental health, abuse, money problems. The characters are genuinely flawed and struggle with very real things. They’re also little talking animals. Did I mention this game is mostly jokes?
There’s a lot to be found if you go home and pay attention.

i don’t play many video games but this is one of the coolest. the premise is that you are a grim reaper but it’s an office job which sounds silly lol but the storylines are really interesting and quite clever - it kind of felt like reading a book! the art in the game is neat too

“A quirky twin-stick shooter with a unique hand-drawn style”
A new indie game developed my a tiny LA team. It Has such unique gameplay and some of the most gorgeous art style that I do have to recommend it, but with a large warning that it is still incredibly glitchy and often very frustrating. The developers are continuously updating and improving it though so I have hopes that it will one day be a much smoother gameplay and quality of life. It is quite unlike anything I’ve played before in terms of its game mechanics, and it encourages exploration and intuition which I really love.

I love the mixtures I can make!!!!
I can add anything I want into it, ant veggies, sometimes fruits. Love adding goat cheese or feta cheese. I also love to experiment with the dressings; sometimes balsamic oriented, sometimes lemon focused. It’s so nutritional and makes me feel sooo good!!! Warm or cold, there’s so much variety!!!
