Is a freaky BBC docuseries that follows three British dorks who recreate 16th century life on a farm. I dare you not to fall in love with witchy Ruth and all the nasty Tudor food she goes on about.
The farm series is incredible and the best thing to watch if you are having trouble falling asleep. I'm just like "huh i never knew that about kilnszzzzzzzzzz"
Three people - historians- live for a full year on a farm as if they were in Edwardian times in southern England. Each episode focuses on a month, like fishing, farming, mining. Itās kind of like little house on the prairie survivor, and very charming!
A British reality show about a gang of hippie archeologists that ran on BBC channel 4 for 20 seasons from 1994 to 2014. In each episode the team is given access to a historical site in Great Britain for 3 days in which they scan the area using āgeo fizzā and work on digs which uncover remains and artifacts. Each episode ends with the team having a pint in the local pub. I watch this when Iām tired.
Honestly it was hard to pick between the āyouāll be here in my heart!!!ā ad-lib at 3:16 and the epic key change at 2:54, but either way both of these things make for Disneyās greatest movie theme of all time. In the words of Ron Fair, CHORUS 3 WE GOTTA PAY IT OFF!!!
My friends Dave & Gabe recently showed me this Vice documentary on the making of Vanessa Carltonās A Thousand Miles and it is incredible. Do yourself a favor and at least watch Ron Fair, the producerās bit at 12:07. CHORUS 3 WE GOTTA PAY IT OFF!!!Ā
