Iāve always been a fan Clairoās music, especially āBags,ā but on her latest album Charm she really pushed through to the next level. Itās among my favorite albums of the year, and itās really tough to pick just one or two tracks to highlight. Gun to my head itās āSexy to Someone,ā āJuna,ā or āAdd Up My Love,ā but theyāre all really great.

overall, this listen of charm is such a pleasant one. iām loving this intimate, retro vibe. a confident successor to sling. makes me want to wear brown and buy a house with a conversation pit. this is def my fave track of the album.

whatās that like? iāve never experienced it. iāve been searching for a job nonstop for the past five months and fucking no one has gotten back to me. i havenāt even been called back to say i didnāt get the job. iām sick of it. iām not in desperate need of a job but iād rather have one before i am.
i was expecting a call back all day. i waited by the fucking phone. i called because i was expecting a call this week, and the guy who interviewed me said āiāll call you tomorrow.ā fuck you. i hope you canāt sleep at night because you keep having dreams about your ex. i hope she calls you the next day and says she wants to get back together with you and sheāll meet you at your favorite date spot. i hope she stands you up, dan. i hope everything bad that could happen to you, happens. i wish murphyās law upon you.
