I find myself getting full off of a good greek yogurt bowl or baked potato with lots of toppings added! for the yogurt you can do nuts for added protein too, as well as the usual like fruit, honey, granola, etc. have fun with it. tip though, be careful with the yogurt to topping ratio as I've added too much yogurt before and find it hard to finish at times </3 as for the potatoes I've been having them topped w the usual sour cream, shredded cheese, scallions, and bacon bits! maybe some black pepper too both very filling and fun to make for me, best of luck βοΈ
literally cannot go wrong with a good ass yogurt bowl with a shit ton of berries, some cereal, sprinkle of granola (if Iβm feeling extra fancy) and big spoonful of peanut butter. hits hardddπ₯π₯
