as a woman who’s gone from living in humid cities to a dry, arid desert, it’s taken me a year and a half to understand why i can’t breathe through my now dry sinuses. i got this puppy a few weeks after our lung unit in med school and, since then, waking up has been way more pleasurable. i love being able to breathe again.
I used to get sinus headaches multiple times a week, had constant drainage down my throat, and often could not breath through my nose. And I thought that was normal because life is suffering? Then a doctor said, "why don't you just try a couple antihistamines."
Now I can breath? Headaches are a rarity?? I'm allowed to live like this???
Glad to enjoy Spring to the fullest now.
even if shit continues to hit the fan, pretty much everyone ends up exactly where they’re supposed to be. you will find a place to live, a job, a lover, friends, etc. just keep going and it will be ok.
