Sarah Mergen, aka CarlJungMemes, has created a new philosophy of depression and navigates it in an extremely interesting way - for those of you who believe there's more than what the material world offers and are struggling with mental health, this might be a good way to navigate it.
It's a subscription-based podcast, but well-worth the money, imo.

st9n I don't think I have a comprehensive enough understanding to give a quick overview, sadly. Check out Sarah's Instagram page (CarlJungMemes) to get little bite-sized bits of info - a lot of them are genuinely hilarious. I think she gives an overview there as well - def give it a look.

Most days have been pretty good lately. But, there are some days where I am hit with an insane wave of existentialism and life feels completely meaningless. With that being said, therapy is something that has kept me grounded throughout the past year. A really useful tool that some of my friends have used to find good, affordable therapy is openpathcollective.org — with or without insurance, you can search therapists within your zip code for ~$30 & upwards a session.
