On an app that's built on recommendations, we're doing the things. I felt inspired to share, as my namesake is the focus of the most recent episode! Tooth & Claw is definitely one of my go to podcasts-- after all, who doesn't love animal facts and macabre stories? (though I suppose, if you don't love those things, this wouldn't be the podcast for you~) The hosts handle the subject matter with expertise, humor and respect. It feels like hanging out with a group of friends who love nature and morbid curiosities. While perhaps not for the faint of heart, still, never too brutal; simply raw retellings, survival tips and educational to boot! Highly recommended for nature enthusiasts and thriller/true crime fans alike.
the only podcast i have steadily listened to. give it a go if youโre a fan of the outdoors, the macabre, and girls who giggle. they are so knowledgeable and their stories pair so nicely with roadtrip snacks.
It may not be for everyone but I am obsessed and cannot get enough!!
Itโs mainly a true crime pod if you arenโt a patron but itโs soooo brilliant and done so well with hard work.

Different vibe than the pods you listed, but I will always recommend it. This American Life but for paranormal stories. Extremely thought-provoking, terrifying, heartwarming, and human depending on the episode. this episode is a recent fav of mine!
