sometimes i just feel like snacking but im not really craving anything or actually hungry
i bought a microwabable popcorn popper and just buy a bit tub of popcorn.
sometimes i add salt, other times i just eat them plain, you dont even need oil,
you can eat handfulls of plain popcorn without feeling guilty
that I put in a plastic bowl and then pop in the microwave (need a cover!). Add a bit of butter and salt or coconut oil and salt. I do appreciate the friction of not just being able to grab and eat them, it takes a bit of intentionality and work to make this snack happen.
Elevate your at home movie night. 1/3 cup of kernels + 1-2 tbsp coconut oil over high heat. Agitate every few seconds while popping, take it off the heat once the popping gets sporadic. Add butter, salt, herbs/spices… whatever. Beats the hell out of microwave corn.
i do this like once every year it’s a website where people can write anonymous notes to whoever they want i look up my name and see if any of those notes apply to me it’s fun
(i create stories in my head of who they can be from)
