@PICKLEDLUYA hi! i dmed you the link to the recipe because it wouldn't let me reply last night, but i shallow fried them in ap-flour mixed with salt, chili powder, and onion powder. then once they were light brown, i took them out and sauteed them in a soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and green onion mixture (make sure to add a tiny amt of water to the sauce, this helps w blanching i think)! it was so good especially if you add sesame seeds. i will say, you are supposed to use avocado oil to fry them and i didn't feel like buying any so i used vegetable, but it worked just fine! really really recommend it, especially if you're vegetarian/vegan like me and enjoy the meaty texture of chicken
