I was so delighted when I discovered this artist simply by the name and picture.
it’s as it’s described on Spotify, “funny car vaporwave”. I mostly listen to it’s self titled album when studying or to wind down before bed, but 2013 Toyota Corolla is good too.

Been thinking a lot about “indietronica” as a genre, mostly because the name is hilarious, but also because I’ve been trying to think of examples of rock/guitar music with synths that aren’t 80’s inspired. This is exactly that, this album slaps front to back. They move between driving guitar stuff and twinkly synth stuff so seamlessly. “STROBOLIGHTS” and “I” both sound like they could have came out this year. Also recommend the youtube vid of their live set in 2005. Also great band name, I hope to drive a supercar someday 💭

A cool album from ‘93. I’ve always viewed this as shoegaze-y, but it’s also just good old fashioned noisy rock n roll.

there’s a site called WindowSwap, where you can see views from people’s windows that they submitted, from all over the world.
you can technically pay to like, choose a specific location and some extra stuff, but I really just enjoy using the site for free as is, being placed at a random window.
I sadly don't have any pics from my window on hand and it’s too dark out right now to get anything good 😔 but accept this site instead!
