making a habit of over-indulging in things that are not so harmful to me. was at the pub and ate 3 oranges back to back. probably looked very strange but i got to put all the peel in a big pile and plus like endless food for 15 minutes. not even that big of a fan of oranges! but i enjoy the activity
THINGS I CANβT STOP MYSELF FROM EATING AS A PERSON WITH GLUTEN INTOLERANCE Letβs go to an Asian buffet for dinner! I promise I will be good and not eat the fried items. πΌπΌ SIKE! There is NO WAY Iβm leaving a place that lets me put cream cheese wontons in my mouth w/o verbally asking for them without eating one (two). My family yells βNo!β, but my heart and my tastebuds moan βYESSSβ. effects: pretty much nothing! gives me false confidence that gluten intolerance is fake, my poop will be less solid than average 6/10 βοΈ
