I went to bed early after i had 2 nigts of broken sleep and decided to nap throughout yesterday, i bought a new pillow, and suddenly my upper back doesn't ache upon waking... i brewed coffee the wrong but extremely potent way, and im warming up to go to aquafitness later. take care friends
it might suck while you're drinking it but it feels pretty great after. i wake up every morning knowing I'll get a cheap caffeine rush and feel proud that i overcame an obstacle. woohoo!
