Something i both love And hate about this

When I stay up all night into the next morning or wake up just before my alarm and see the light shining through my curtains I get this feeling of like melancholy Sorts liek ”Damn I gotta get up again“ or “Damn I’m still up?” But also like thinking how pretty the color is and stuff Idk it’s a pretty small thing but I’ve noticed I’d been thinking of it more the last few days but it’s whateves Have a good day guy :3

waking up early for once when you’re typically a night owl

i want to go on a walk and experience what the world has to offer in the morning… the sun’s coming out and the air is crispier. this being a rare occurrence since i typically wake up after 10 makes it that much more sweet, and i am that much more excited about the day

meditating at the toaster

My toaster is having a bad week so she doesn’t have the energy to hold the lever down anymore. Which means I have to stand there pressing it down for three minutes making sure my toast doesn’t burn. I used to take that time for granted, now it’s being robbed of me by my broken toaster. Trying to give her grace.

off switch

The biggest change in my life has been installing an off switch in the back of my brain. Sometimes it makes me feel hollow, but now I’m not thinking about ( ). See, I can’t even tell you. I’ll turn it back on when the sun’s up to let the thoughts dry out instead of getting damp and moldy in the dark.
