january’s one of my fav months; beyond general feelings of renewal, new releases slow down for a bit and it gives me the opportunity to comb my library for artists & albums i’ve neglected while trying to keep up with the zeitgeist 😵‍💫 some rapid fire picks, new and old — though only slightly! joanne robertson & dean blunt: backstage raver alison’s halo: eyedazzler sinéad o’ connor: universal mother yatta: palm wine parannoul: sky hundred i’ve also been addicted to jane remover’s newest single; with each new release i feel like we discover a new facet to her. the new ethel cain record was really good, too :)

Honorable Mentions: Environmental Anxiety. Love Me Again Ice Cream Man. Tipsy Please Don't Touch Genesis, pt. ii Regardless I understand my narrowed down lists are still long ish but you do not understand how much I love her. Amazing voice, amazing artist, just beautiful.
