I experimented with my recipe tn, it was a mistake. My usual: - chop veggies into ~1 inch chunks, I usually do onions, carrots, potatoes (1/2 potato, 1 onion, and 2 large carrots or many baby carrots is usually a good ratio) - place on a lined pan and drizzle olive oil, sprinkle italian seasoning and garlic salt - stick in oven for like ten minutes at 425°F while you boil instant ramen - drain ramen broth, throw away the beef seasoning packet, and mix in soy sauce - chuck veggies on top my mistake: I got canned potato slices and carrots from my campus food pantry. It did NOT hit the same, I’ll forever be using non canned henceforth 🧡

This was a dish I made when I had no money or motivation to cook in my tiny (and mainly useless) apartment kitchen - Make either noodles or rice to your liking (I liked using thick noodles like Udon or instant ramen packets, but any shape works well) - In a pan, start browning off any ground meat or meat substitute (medium to high heat) - In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, a little bit of sugar, and a splash of your preferred hot sauce until you have a slightly watery slurry (amounts are felt, use more of whatever flavors you want more of - and add black and white pepper to taste!) - When the meat is mostly browned, drain some of the rendered fat and mix in your sauce, stirring constantly to coat the meat (if it looks too thin, add either more honey or some cornstarch, if its too thick, add more soy sauce or some water) - once the meat has been fully cooked in the sauce, pour over your rice/ noodles! Vegetables can be added as you see fit, I added sauteed onions and carrots when I had time, but a bag of micowave steamed broccoli/ stir fry mix works well too!

i had some vegetable broth so I decided to make rice with it but like, as the water with nothing but the leftovers from Trader Joe’s. Then I grabbed some onion and tomato and diced it up, grabbed some frozen peas, a little potato action! i love cooking where you’re just playing a game
