depending on how much you like savory tastes, goat cheese is my favorite. Plain goat cheese on a saltine, maybe some fig jam or honeycomb to add some sweetness and tie the flavors together. Even just a blackberry or an almond on top of the cheese and cracker combo is a heavenly concoction๐ If you're feeling up for it, you could also just make a Trader Joe's run(they have lots of great cheeses) and put together a little cheeseboard for yourself- great act of self care and also super yummy!!
