lifelong allergy & chronic sinus infections sufferer here. as far as meds go, different things work for different people, but whatever you do, you must do it every single day!!! even if you aren't experiencing symptoms!!!! if you give histamines an inch, they will take a mile. personally i take daily loratadine/claritin and supplement that with benadryl during peak pollen times. i also swear by saline sinus rinses!! when you are really stuffy, you can do them twice a day but don't do that for long - rinsing too often can cause irritation in your nasal passage. try to work them into your routine every few days to keep things flushed out without overdoing it :) just be sure to use purified water. i am a nasal spray hater - my life would probably be easier if i wasn't but oh well. if you can tolerate nasal sprays, fluticasone propionate/flonase can be great. azelastine/astepro is a non-steroidal option that can also be used along side the flonase if you have to. steer clear of oxymetazoline/afrin, as that can easily fuck you up. best of luck!!

Same concept as a Neti pot but with a squeeze bottle instead of a teapot. An ENT suggested it and I’ve been doing it daily for many years. My allergies rarely get really bad anymore. I do Claritin in the morning and Flonase at night. I use Sudafed a couple times a day instead of Claritin during particularly bad periods.

Especially as allergy season is upon us I am always being saved by nasal decongestant. I am currently rocking with Benzedrex inhalers.

for some reason my allergy season is turning into an allergy year so to avoid getting ADDICTED like literally addicted to decongestants this year I’ve decided to use saline sprays instead. They don’t have that sweet sweet insta relief but I’ve been using it for a while now and it just flushes all the bad shit out your nose and stops you from feeling like you’re suffocating πŸ™‚πŸ‘ I enjoy recommending the most boring shit on here hahaha

if you are an apple/mac user and are just looking for basic editing tools imovie gets the job done. it's free, easy to learn and no watermark. i've personally always found apple editing software more user friendly than adobe but i think i'm one of the few that feels that way

when i was like 9 and finally got this on dvd it was the only movie i would watch for a few months. still an extremely underappreciated film imo!! a visually stunning tale of overcoming loss and fighting expectations. has its cheesy moments, but the cast sells every line. to this day, the final race is the most euphoric movie scene i've ever seen.
