typically includes a bread/grain to dip, 1 egg, a pan roasted vegetable (& garlic in some form), whatever other sides u have lying around, some flaky salt, some sauce(s), and Something Fresh (ideally avocado, maybe a fresh veggie like cucumber). lots of room for experimentation and usually if one part is wack u can save it with the other components. also is great for time management cuz you clean as the next thing sears up, v efficient
