i've yet to find a ratio better than ben and jerry's. plus they're a great company with great ethics, so it's a win win situation. sometimes tho i will just make or buy cookie dough and mix it into the ice cream myself.

Sometimes I really just want an indulgent little treat for myself and my go-to is a couple of warm cookies and some ice cream. I like the Whole Foods frozen sea salt chocolate chip cookie dough because you can just make 1-2 at a time in a toaster oven and the rest keeps in the freezer forever. Get a pint of ice cream, make a couple fresh cookies in your toaster oven, then just alternate spoonfuls between the cold ice cream and bites of warm cookie. It can’t be beat, I’m tellin ya.

Cookie dough ice cream is so fun when u save the best for last. Its like you get an entire cookie at the end.
