Dooooo it! Itās incredible to build community with coworkers but be prepared to hate the absolutely vile ways management is gonna get in the way. Inoculate the effort more than you think you should!

Duh. There are lots of resources out there. It's a great way to stop complaining about work, create solidarity between your co-workers and fight Capitalism. Just sayin'.
