I'm no dentist, and I have no idea if its technically good. But i love this ugly ass mouthwash. the flavors are amazing. the design is amazing. and it feels like its actually cleaning my teeth and making my gums healthy, instead of just coating it in sugar and alcohol like other brands.

trying to consume more poetry nowadays too and receiving a daily poem in my mailbox has been v helpful in figuring out what speaks to me and what im not per se keen on. todays poem was a delight imo!
