especially this time of year. i have always been sensitive to the sun and freckle/burn easily (thanks mom for being a redhead) but a couple years ago i developed Polymorphic Light Eruption (real medical thing, not a nu-metal band) and get itchy rashes on my arms and hands when exposed to too much UV light. this and my father being named vladimir only adds to my vampire lore. if any of you deal with this condition please give me your best advice/product recommendations because as soon as the temperature hits 70 i will be suffering for a month or two until my body finally maxes out on UV.

sunscreen all year round, no matter the season. can't go out during the day without it. i love japanese sunscreens – fave brands: skin aqua, canmake, nivea japan. bioré's good too, but they don't have any fragrance-free option (i prefer skincare without fragrance).
other sun protective stuff i can't live without: sunglasses, hat, jacket, umbrella. call me extra or paranoid, but skin cancer is no joke. and where i live the uv index gets extreme

I’m convinced good skin comes down to genetics and water intake and that all the rest is a sham. That being said there are two products I keep going back to and that’s my tretinoin prescription and this sunscreen. If you don’t have olive or golden undertones, please walk away. For the rest of us this is your all in one sunscreen and concealer. Plus they stock it at Zitomer’s which in itself I highly recommend.

I feel like most people are good about this but I have been shocked a few times by people my age and younger that don't wear it!? Protect your skin!! Beyond a medical reason you don't want to look like an old saddlebag in 30 years. I like the beauty of joseon products, they have a couple of different spf products that are nice
