I have a tendency to speed walk for no reason and I don’t think it’s good for me!! so I’ve started meandering around in no rush, and it’s actually lovely. take it easy! stroll!
for years i’ve brought my headphones on every walk but recently been making more of an effort to be present in the moment in general. taking a wander and being able to listen to your surroundings makes the time feel more relaxed sometimes. love my tunes though just nice to choose mindfully !!
