asking questions encourages connection between people (even if itโs short)!! like asking a barista what they like to drink, or asking the marine educator by the tide pools about the fish in there, or asking someone in a wait line what they do for work. obviously respect peopleโs time and space, but going out of my way to ask questions has lead to positive outcomes!
Not only do you connect with people, but you might learn something or meet someone cool :)
I love asking friends family strangers on the internet questions I could surely answer for myself. It keeps a conversation going, or is a fantastic start. I think it can also give ppl a chance to show off and talk about stuff theyโre passionate about.
i love going to the bar/coffee shop/restaurant etc and letting the subject matter experts decide! helps me try lots of new things and sometimes you get really fun anecdotes and facts and stories along with the rec ๐
