u can bring a book to read if you’re scared… you just can’t be on your phone. its sort of fun and exciting to be Raw In The World like that, and sometimes you make friends :—)
Friday night I went to a book club even solo and ended up having some good chats with the people I met there. It’s always nice having friends to go to things with, but sometimes it’s limiting because you end up just talk to each other all night and not meeting fellow folks with similar interests!
