undoubtedly the most therapeutic part of my night is always an hour long call with my friend aeriel where we discuss pressing matters such as what our ex-situationships are up to or how our morning commutes were. particularly enjoy when we get randomly intellectual and discuss the roots of our suffering. highly recommend!

one of my favorite things to do is FaceTime my long-distance homies while I’m getting ready to go out. logistically, it’s great to have someone help pick out an outfit; sentimentally, it’s the perfect time to catch up on each other’s lives; comedically, I get to periodically interrupt the conversation by showing the camera a skincare product in front of my open palm like a beauty influencer.
