my first date with my bf (who at the time was my friend) was to an art exhibit and then we went to a diner. Art museums / exhibits are cool cause you can discuss each piece if you want! and you can discover what they gravitate towards and think about. also when i asked him out i called him on the phone. soooo nerve wracking but i needed to let him know i was serious. good luck my friend.
